    Hi @majid khan

As in order to have the Copilot Agent working mentioned by @Helen Luu you need the "Premium" version of Copilot that can be added to you existing license and I want to add that until 30 December 2026 you will have an extra Discount, you can check the following link for more details:

    Hello @majid khan,

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you recently subscribed to a Microsoft 365 Business Premium license and would like to use Copilot in Excel.

If the license was only recently assigned to your account, please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the provisioning process to complete and for all associated features to become available.

For more information about Copilot in Excel and the available features, please refer to the following Microsoft article: Get started with Copilot in Excel

According to What Copilot license do I have?, Microsoft 365 Business Premium includes access to the basic Copilot experience. To access the full Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, including premium Copilot experiences and priority access to advanced features in Excel, you will need to purchase and assign a Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on license to your account.

For additional details regarding eligible licenses for Copilot in Excel, please see: Frequently asked questions about Copilot in Excel

Regarding the issue with Excel for the web not working properly, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps?

    • Use a different browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Firefox, to check whether the issue persists.
    • Open the file in an Incognito/InPrivate window in Google Chrome and see if the behavior is the same.

Additionally, could you let me know:

    • The approximate number of rows in each worksheet?
    • The total number of worksheets in the workbook?

This information will help us determine whether the issue may be related to workbook size or performance limitations in Excel for the web

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. I look forward to hearing from you.
