Hi Shirley Gerardy,
I understand that your Outlook.com contact list does not display its members in the normal view, although the members appear when you select Edit.
Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your Outlook.com account or examine the contact list directly. Since the members are visible under Edit, they remain saved in the list, and the behavior appears to affect how the list is displayed.
As a quick check, create a new message and enter the contact list name in the To field. If Outlook.com recognizes the list and includes the expected recipients, you can continue using it without deleting or recreating the list. You can also review the official instructions here: Create, edit, or delete a contact list in Outlook.
If the members still do not appear in the normal view, please contact Outlook.com Support:
- Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
- Select the Help icon, the question mark, in the upper-right corner.
- In the Help pane that opens, search for "account management", then press Enter.
- Scroll down the page until you see "Still need help?", click Yes.
- Choose "Chat with a support agent in your web browser."
- Review the issue description and confirm an email address you can access.
- Click Confirm to create the service request. The screen will indicate that your request has been submitted and the system is connecting you to Outlook.com live chat support, which may take a moment to load.
For privacy, please do not share full email addresses or other personal account information in this public thread.
I hope Outlook.com Support can help investigate why the saved members are not appearing in the normal contact-list view.
