Access 2000 Form - save record, clear KEY field but leave all other fields as they are.

A Database and entry form created by a dead relative in 2003 is giving me trouble. I would like to change the FORM to save the record data entered - clear the KEY field and leave the other data fields loaded.
The wish iis defeating me at the moment. I have some IT experience but it is 29 years old!

    You should provide the reason why you want the key field empty and the other controls populated? Are you attempting to create duplicate or near identical records? Do you want to set default values for new records based on the last entered record?
