Can not approve the chat request and friend request..

Another friend cannot find the function bottom to approve the chat or add as friends.

Finally it becomes he can send me the message and i cannot reply...

    To further assist you with this, can you please help confirm if what Microsoft application or services you are encountering this issue? As per checking from Microsoft Teams functionality, it does not indicate something related to add as friends.
