Migrated All My Resources Out of Azure: Not Due to Infrastructure, but a Complete Breakdown of Trust

am writing this post to record a final operational review for the Microsoft for Startups team and the founder community.

Over the last 24 hours, I have successfully executed a complete infrastructure migration, moving all my active resources and unique AI workloads off the Azure platform. This measure was not taken due to any underlying failure of Azure's hardware or cloud infrastructure—which handled my workloads flawlessly. It was forced entirely by a severe failure of support desk coordination that introduced an unacceptable operational and financial risk to my production layers.

I cannot operate a high-value sovereign AI studio inside a framework where front-line clerks cover up backend database defects, ignore long unassigned queues, and expose active databases to sudden automated risks.

I have scaled my resources to 0. They remain structurally deployed as permanent physical evidence of my architectural footprint while my formal billing disputes remain open. My startup has since been accepted into the NVIDIA Inception Program , and I have moved my work to a safe, stable cloud home. I chose Azure first because I trusted your program promises. That trust was systematically dismantled by your support operations.
