Unable to confirm my University ID when redeeming Azure for Students via GitHub Student Developer Pack

Hello,

My GitHub Student Developer Pack has already been approved.

I am trying to redeem the Microsoft Azure benefit included in GitHub Global Campus.

However, every time I try to activate Azure for Students, I receive the following error:

"Unable to confirm your University ID."

My details:

• University: Hanoi Architectural University (Vietnam)
• University email: ******@kientruchanoi.edu.vn
• github: KhankSky37

I can successfully sign in to the Azure Portal using my university account, but I cannot activate Azure for Students because Microsoft cannot verify my University ID.

GitHub Education has confirmed that my Student Developer Pack is active and advised me to contact Microsoft because the verification is performed on the Azure side.

Could you please verify whether my university account is eligible for Azure for Students or advise how I can activate this benefit?
