Old Outlook thread needs to be Deleted or have a Warning Banner

The Answers given by "Anonymous" are wrong. I pointed this out to them in the Comments but they did not edit their Answers to correct the mistakes.

Google AI (and I assume others) are still referencing this one Q&A thread and providing totally bogus information to users. Who, if they don't know that the info is wrong, will be confused and frustrated because they can't make it work.

I realize that this is an unusual request (Q&A is full or inaccurate and out-of-date Answers), but that one Q&A page may be causing a lot of trouble.
