I am writing to ask about the typical processing timeframe for the startup re-verification process on Microsoft Founders Hub.

Scenario & Context:

• I previously successfully completed the initial verification process and received the $1,000 Azure credit offer.

Recently, I submitted the required documents for the next verification level.

However, the verification status has been stuck at:

"We are reviewing your startup verification. Check back in a few days."

It has been over a month now, and there has been no status update or email requesting additional information.

Questions:

What is the usual expected timeframe for startup verification review at this stage?

Is there a specific channel or support contact team to follow up on stuck verification requests for Founders Hub?
