A video editing tool developed by Microsoft, designed to make video creation easy and accessible for everyone.
Hello Claire Ryan
Thank you for explaining the issue and the troubleshooting you have already completed
Since the “Failed to save interactivity element” error affects different Forms and newly created videos, and you have already cleared the cache, signed out, and restarted, this may be a compatibility issue rather than a problem with your browser.
Microsoft’s documentation still lists adding Forms through Interactivity > Add new > Add form as a supported Clipchamp feature.
You can read more about this here: View the official Clipchamp interactivity instructions.
As a temporary workaround, add a callout at the relevant point in the video and insert the direct Microsoft Forms link. Viewers will need to open the form separately, but this should allow you to continue using the training videos while keeping the form connected to the relevant section.
I hope this able to help you solve this issue
Feel free reply back to this post and update me on this issue, I'll be happy to help.
