How does one delete a notification from the apps and other senders instead of just toggling on and off?

    You cannot manually delete individual entries under "Notifications from apps and other senders."

    That list is automatically generated by Windows based on applications that have registered for notifications. If an app no longer exists, its entry may remain temporarily due to cached settings.

    If you want to remove an obsolete app from the list, you can try:

    1. Uninstalling the app (if it is still installed).
    2. Restarting your PC.
    3. Resetting the Notifications settings or rebuilding the notification database.
    4. If the entry persists, removing the app's notification registry entries or reinstalling the app may help, but this is not officially supported by Microsoft.

    Currently, Windows does not provide a built-in option to permanently delete a single notification sender from the list. You can only enable or disable notifications for the listed apps.
