Azure for Students verification blocked - academic email already used

I have two Microsoft accounts: [@gmail.com] and [@gmail.com]. I only have one academic email, [@ustc.ac.bd] (USTC, Bangladesh). I signed up for Azure using [@gmail.com] and verified my student status with this academic email, but ended up enrolled in the standard Free Trial ($200/30 days) rather than Azure for Students, apparently due to a mistake during signup. I am now trying to apply for Azure for Students on [@gmail.com] using the same academic email, and receive: "This email account has already been used for verification this year." Could you advise whether it's possible to either (a) move my academic verification to [@gmail.com] so I can access Azure for Students there, or (b) apply Azure for Students benefits directly to [******@gmail.com] instead?
