CRITICAL: Account Deletion Loop After Restructure/API Leak - Support Rep Won't Escalate to Billing

Hello all, I'm Joshua, founder of ClaudeWar LLC. I need a Forum Moderator or Escalation Engineer to manually break this support loop and escalate this case to a high-level Azure Billing Fraud / Accounts Manager who has the administrative privileges to override a canceled state and review the $50k fraudulent charge.

My Azure Foundry API key was leaked, resulting in a fraudulent $50,000 bill. Simultaneously, my account has been caught in a structural limbo between the old Microsoft for Startups program and the new June 1st Progressive Credits program, resulting in my subscription being completely canceled instead of routed to Fraud/Billing for a goodwill adjustment.

That's the weirdest thing: the view from my account, all of the information that showed my credits and my startups standing was removed as if the mistake of letting me into the wrong program was being erased? It's a very odd situation and it's critical to my company.

The Support Deadlock:

I submitted multiple tickets targeting Azure Billing to address the $50k fraud charge and request a goodwill credit adjustment. The tickets keep routing back to the same Microsoft for Startups representative, who states they cannot assist because the account is now in a "Canceled" state.

I never requested for my account to be canceled. This leads me back to my previously stated oddity- once I submitted a support request is when some type of corrective action was being taken- but it's an action that directly erases my company from Microsoft's infrastructure unless I'm misunderstanding.

I am trapped in an automated loop: Billing support won't touch it because it's a Startup account, and Startup support states: "We are unable to reactivate the account or make changes to its enrollment through Microsoft for Startups Support.

Timeline & Context: March 30, 2026: Enrolled in Azure for Startups ($1,000 credit).

May 29, 2026: Upgraded to $5,000 verification benefit.

June 1, 2026: Microsoft restructures the program to the "Progressive Credits" model ($150k limit).

The Glitch: Because I was accepted 2 days before the restructure, my initial startup credits were canceled. Mind you, this is after I've already used them including the additional 50k from the fraudulent API leak .

Support told me I must re-apply, but the re-application system blocks me because the system sees me as an "existing Azure customer with activity."

Current Impact: My SaaS company AND app ClaudeWar.info is 100% built on Microsoft infrastructure. I am facing a massive $50k bill due to a compromise that occurred right as my account credits were broken by the system migration.

Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.
