Founders Hub apply loop — no application form shown, redirected to Azure portal

I'm trying to apply to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub as a brand-new applicant (I have never had a Founders Hub account before), and I'm stuck in a redirect loop that prevents me from ever reaching the application form.

What I'm doing:

I go to the Microsoft for Startups page and tap "Apply now."

I sign in with my Microsoft account (******@gmail.com).

Instead of being shown a form to enter my company/project information, I'm redirected straight back to the normal Azure portal "Let's start building" home screen — the same page I land on when I just log into portal.azure.com normally.

What I've already tried:

Signing in with my Microsoft account directly (same result — redirected to Azure home, no form).

Signing in with LinkedIn — I don't have an active LinkedIn account and repeated attempts to create one failed, so this path isn't available to me either.

Retrying the "Apply now" link multiple times — same loop every time.

What I need help with:

Since I can never reach the Founders Hub dashboard, I also can't access the in-portal "Submit a Support Ticket" option to report this directly. Could someone on the Microsoft for Startups / Founders Hub team check my account (******@gmail.com) and let me know:

Whether my account is stuck in an old onboarding state that's misrouting me back to Azure instead of the application form

Whether there's a way to reset or fix this so I can complete the actual startup application and access the initial credits

This occurred today, July 28, 2026, around 8:00–9:00 PM. Happy to provide screenshots of the loop if useful. Thank you.

I also tried the 'Get started now' button, and it now returns 'Hmmm, sorry, something went wrong. Try again' — tested on two different phones, same result." This tells them it's likely a service-side bug, which usually gets more attention than an individual account issue.
