The Epson L3250 uses a refillable EcoTank system. The actual ink level is checked by visually inspecting the ink tanks rather than through a software-based ink monitoring system. Epson specifically states: "To confirm the actual ink remaining, visually check the ink levels in all of the printer's tanks."
If the tank window was previously transparent but has become cloudy or difficult to see through, try checking it under bright light or using a flashlight from the side of the tank. If the ink level is still not visible, the tank window may have become stained or discolored.
I could not find any Epson documentation indicating that the L3250 provides a way to view the actual remaining ink level from Windows when the physical tank cannot be inspected. Epson's published guidance is to verify the level directly from the ink tanks.
If the tank window can no longer be read, contacting Epson Support would be the best next step, as they can advise whether cleaning or servicing the tank assembly is recommended.
