Microsoft Teams Speed is terrible

I am having issues with Teams, this is super slow even to setup an appointment but when on a call I am not even able to present properly.

The issue is not WIFI related it is only this app that is causing issue so really need help

    Maybe you should try to clear Teams cache. Follow the instructions here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/microsoftteams/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache (you probably have new teams)
