Unable to complete Azure for Students verification - Offer Type 1 error

Hi Microsoft Support team,

I am attempting to claim the Azure for Students offer via my student account, but I am repeatedly getting stuck on the student verification page with the following error message:

"Unable to complete Azure for Students verification

Please try again shortly or contact us."

Session Details from error page:

  • URL: signup.azure.com/studentverification?offerType=1

I am an eligible engineering student working on my senior thesis project. Could an administrator please assist in reviewing this verification block and enabling the Azure for Students subscription on my account?

    HI,

    Can you clear cache on the browser, check if you are using your University email address to register? Any other students having issue?Hope this helps.
