Bug report being auto-deleted

Hello,

I am trying to report a bug in the Win32 API here but the site keeps automatically deleting my post due to violating the code of conduct. I have looked through it and can't see anything that I'm violating - could a moderator please reinstate my post or tell me what I'm doing wrong?

@Alex Opie The Q&A filters are sometimes overly aggressive in automatically deleting perfectly acceptable posts (i.e., the Questioner did nothing wrong).

When this has happened to me I usually posted my request to restore the deleted post to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/tags/993/community-center-community-center-qna-site-site-bug-problem
