Edge won't connect to the internet and i get the message Hmmm… your Internet access is blocked and I can't find out how to get edge to connect to the internet

    Does the internet work normally in another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox?

    Please also confirm:

    1. What error code appears below the message, such as ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED?
    2. Are you using a VPN, proxy, third-party antivirus, or firewall?
    3. Does Edge fail on every website or only one website?
    4. Did this start after a Windows update or security software change?

    Also try opening an InPrivate window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N and check whether websites load there.
