Hi. I have a family microsoft account. i want to use Planner in Teams but the apps icon is missing from the side bar. The eclipses are missing from the side bar. I am able to access settings and can click on the show apps names, but neither the apps icon or the ellipsis appear and I have no way of being able to find Planner. I only want Teams for its Planner and file organisation value. grateful for some assistance.

When signing in to Teams with Microsoft 365 Family account. your Teams account is a Personal account. Teams personal accounts do not have the option to add apps. This feature requires Teams Business account.
