Hello, the touchpad may have been disabled accidentally. First, press the keyboard key showing a touchpad icon, sometimes together with the Fn key.

Then open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad and make sure it is turned on.

If the Touchpad option is missing, connect a USB mouse, open Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices, right-click the touchpad device, select Uninstall device, and restart the computer. Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.

Also check Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates and install any touchpad, I2C or chipset driver offered. Microsoft’s official guide is here: https://support.microsoft.com/windows/30b498e5-0caa-9740-2b21-336ea75ee756

Please avoid drivers from unofficial websites. If the touchpad is not listed in Device Manager, contact the Auusda seller with the exact laptop model to request the original driver or warranty support.
