GSA Intermittent Connection Issues

Hey All,

Ever since we updated our GSA to the latest version (2.31.125) and implementing ILA we have had users call in and report intermediate outages. It seems to be very random, but after finally producing the issue myself and pulling the diagnostic logs I came to the following conclusion below:

On Global Secure Access Client 2.31.125, the Microsoft 365, Private Access, and Internet Access traffic profiles intermittently disconnect together while the Entra channel remains connected. The GSA Operational log began recording repeated OneAuth StatusInternal::NoNetwork failures with “The server or proxy was not found.” The Forwarding Profile and Tunneling Windows services did not terminate, so their automatic restart recovery actions were not activated. Disabling and re-enabling the GSA client immediately recreates the traffic channels and restores connectivity. This appears to be an internal forwarding-channel health or recovery failure rather than a physical network outage.

Curious if any other users have experienced similar issues and have any recommendation. I also wonder if this may be a bug with the client itself, but nothing has been released yet by Microsoft yet, so hoping to get more info here.
