Microsoft for Startups Business Verification failed and Get Program Support option is not available

Good day

I tried to verify my business so that I could unlock the $5000 credits, and I got a verification failed response with no further information or option to retry.

My current credits expire on Aug 10, 2026.

Kindly asking for assistance.

The "verification failed" message indicates that your startup did not successfully complete the business verification process, but the message itself does not provide the specific reason.

I recommend the following:

Review your Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub profile and ensure your company and business information is complete and accurate.
If your company information has recently changed, make sure the updated details are reflected in your Founders Hub profile.
Check whether you have an option to restart or resubmit the verification process from the Founders Hub dashboard.
Since your current credits expire on August 10, 2026, I recommend addressing the verification issue as soon as possible to avoid interruption to your Azure resources.

If the portal does not provide an option to retry the verification, use the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub support option available from your dashboard to request a review of the failed verification.

Thank you for your response.

I do not have access to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub**.** When I try to log in, I am redirected to the Azure portal. Because of this, I am not able to even check if I can resubmit. Creating or logging into the Founders Hub redirects me to the azure portal.

@Tawanda Makunike If the startup joined prior to May 29, 2026:

Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal at https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/login.

Select the ? icon in the top-right corner.

Select Submit a Support Ticket.

Attach the verification failure details and any supporting documents.

@Jose Benjamin Solis Nolasco Thank you for your response. As indicated in my response to your answer, when I log in on that link I am redirected to Azure Portal. Please see the attached screenshot. I signed up prior to 29 May.
