Meetings scheduled by others in Teams are not getting added to my calendar automatically. They appear in the Chat section, and I need to accept the invite and manually add them to my calendar.

    Hi,

To better understand the issue, could you help confirm a few details?

    • Does this happen with all meeting invitations, or only those sent by specific organizers?
    • Are you using the Teams desktop app, Teams on the web, or both? If you’ve tried both, does the behavior remain the same?
    • Is your mailbox hosted on Exchange Online as part of your Microsoft 365 organization?
    • When someone sends you a meeting invitation, does it appear in Outlook (desktop or web), or does it only appear in the Teams Chat?

Also, if possible, could you share a screenshot showing:

    • The meeting appearing in Chat.
    • Your Teams Calendar where the meeting is missing.

This information will help narrow down whether the issue is related to the Teams client, the calendar synchronization with Exchange Online, or the meeting invitation itself.
