I have used Access for several years and have built a database of thousands of records. I had to move to a new desktop, and Access as an application appears to be no longer avaialble. What do I do with all of my work?

If you are using MS 365 then it will depend on which version you are subscribing to whether or not Access is included. If it is, then you should be able to log into your account and install its apps to your new machine.

If you have previously installed Access as a one-time purchase, then this should show in your account, and you will be able to install it to your new machine.

What do you mean by “move to a new desktop”? Did you get a new computer or a new login on an existing computer? You should be able to install Access/Office on your new one.
