Sorry you're dealing with this. If your Azure account is protected by Microsoft Authenticator and you no longer have access to the old device, your recovery options depend on how the account was configured.
If you have another MFA method (SMS, email, backup phone, security key, or recovery codes), try using "Sign in another way" on the login page.
If this is a Microsoft Entra ID (work/school) account, an Entra administrator can reset or re-register your MFA methods for you.
If it's tied to a personal Microsoft account with no alternate verification method configured, you'll need to go through the Microsoft account recovery process.
