Teams calendars on iPhone

I managed to add the new events on Teams on the Mac by selecting the relevant calendars that were disabled by default. I would like to do the same on the iPhone, but there is no option for selecting the calendars, and if I try to add my business email on microsoft exchange it says the account already exists and kicks me out.
