How do i remove old accounts from my teams

1. Quit your Teams and all the other office apps.
2. Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access. Search for: The old email addresses Teams Microsoft Delete the entries associated with the Teams accounts you want removed. Microsoft specifically recommends deleting the account from Keychain to remove it from Teams on macOS. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/teams/troubleshooting/sign-out-or-remove-an-account-from-microsoft-teams
3. Open Finder. Press Command + Shift + G. Enter each location below, one at a time:

~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.teams

~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.teams2

Move both folders to the Trash if they exist.

Restart the Mac, then reopen Teams. It should open without the previous Teams account list and ask you to sign in again.

This removes the accounts and cached Teams data only from that Mac. It does not delete the actual Microsoft accounts, Teams messages, files, or cloud data.

One caution: Teams may show an account again if the same account remains signed in through Outlook, Word, OneDrive, or another Microsoft app because Microsoft apps can share authentication information. Sign out of those apps as well if you want the account completely removed from the Mac. Avoid deleting the general UBF8T346G9.Office folder because it may contain Outlook data and other Office information.
