An Azure personalized recommendation engine that helps users follow best practices to optimize Azure deployments.
I understand Azure for Students is rejecting your college-issued .net address even though it is an official school mailbox. Microsoft’s rules do not require a .edu suffix. They require you to be 18 or older, a full-time student at an accredited degree-granting two- or four-year institution, and to verify through the institution email. The .net ending alone therefore does not make you ineligible; academic verification has not completed.
Retry the official Azure for Students signup while signed into the intended Microsoft account, enter the exact college address, and confirm the mailbox receives verification mail. Also check that you have not already redeemed the one-per-customer offer. If rejection continues, submit an Azure billing/subscription-management support request with the school name, domain, country, exact error, timestamp, and a redacted screenshot. Microsoft Q&A cannot register the domain or approve the account, and Microsoft documents no guaranteed self-service document-upload workaround for this offer.
