When I accept a meeting it isn't showing in my Free Teams Calendar, but I can access it from my Outlook calendar. How do I get it to go into Teams calendar when I accept?

    Hello LynneM04,

I understand that accepted meetings appear in your Outlook calendar but not in the Microsoft Teams Free calendar.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your account or calendar data directly.

Microsoft Teams Free displays the calendar associated with the Microsoft account currently signed in to Teams. It does not automatically display every calendar added to Outlook. To identify the correct next step, could you please confirm:

    1. Are Teams Free and Outlook signed in with the same personal Microsoft account?
    2. Is the meeting stored in that account’s default Outlook.com calendar, or in another calendar such as Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, a shared calendar, or a local calendar?
    3. Are you using Teams Free on Windows, Mac, the web, or a mobile device?

In the meantime, you can continue opening the meeting from Outlook and use the invitation link to join. The available joining methods are described in Join a meeting in Microsoft Teams Free. Microsoft also advises checking the preferred calendar application when a meeting does not appear in Teams Free.

Once you provide the account and platform details, I can suggest the most appropriate steps for your setup.
