Hi

Help please!

I'm trying to set up azure using the startup credits which requires a personal signin to azure then to lonk your domain.

I can login but get the following error when trying to link my domain, any ideas how I can resolve this?

hi Imtiaz Bhayat & thx for sharing urs issue here at Q&A portal,

сould you share the exact error message or a screenshot? Right now I can only see that the link step is failing, but not the actual error. If this is during the Microsoft for Startups onboarding flow where you link your business (work) account to a personal Microsoft account, the most common causes are a tenant mismatch, an existing Azure subscription already associated with one of the accounts, or insufficient permissions in the Microsoft Entra tenant.

Without the exact error it's difficult to say which one applies. If you can post the full error text (or the screenshot), including any error code, correlation ID, or timestamp, that will make it much easier to identify the root cause.

is your business account already a Global Administrator (or at least authorized to create Azure subscriptions) in the organization's Entra tenant? That can affect the linking process as well.

    rgds,

    Alex
