Is quick assist broken today or is it just me?

    Hi Bruce Denney,

The Quick Assist connection drops you are experiencing are a known server-side latency issue currently affecting multiple users. To ensure your system is not holding onto invalid routing data, you can open the Command Prompt as an administrator and type the command ipconfig /flushdns to clear your local Domain Name System cache and force a fresh connection attempt to the authentication servers. If the application still fails to establish a connection after executing this command, it confirms the disruption is entirely within the Microsoft backend infrastructure. At this stage, no local registry modifications or system resets will bypass the server outage, and you will need to wait for Microsoft engineers to deploy an official infrastructure resolution to restore service.
