    Hello Suzette Lyon

Does this happen in every Publisher file, including a new blank publication, or only in this particular file?

For the overlapping text, select the affected text box and check for an overflow indicator, shown as three dots in the lower-right corner. If present, enlarge the text box or use Text Box Tools Format > Text Fit > Shrink Text on Overflow. Publisher places text that does not fit into overflow, and linked text boxes may cause text to flow unexpectedly.

    For the OneDrive issue:

    1. Try File > Save As >Browse and save a copy to a local folder first.
    2. If the local copy saves, return to File > Save As, select OneDrive, and make sure the correct account is signed in. Publisher supports saving through File > Save As > OneDrive.
    3. If no Office documents can save to OneDrive, check the file restrictions and then repair Office if needed.

Is there any error message when you try saving to OneDrive?

If yes, please also share any exact error message shown when saving to OneDrive. That will help determine whether this is a Publisher-file issue or a OneDrive sign-in or synchronization issue.

Feel free reply back to this post and update me about this issue, I'll be happy to help.
