Hi! If “21V” means Azure China operated by 21Vianet, try Excel’s Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 connector with the storage URL https://<account>.dfs.core.chinacloudapi.cn. Sign in using an organizational account from the same Azure China tenant. If Excel rejects the sovereign-cloud endpoint, test access using a SAS URL through Power Query’s Web connector and confirm that the storage firewall permits your client IP.
