I have a microsoft account and 2 laptops. My wife uses one laptop for her reselling and what not. I use mine for business and always have a full desktop with pdfs and photos. All of a sudden my wife updated her laptop and her desktop now has everything from my desktop on hers. How can I get her laptop back to her original desktop?

Do you use the same Microsoft account on both laptops?

If so, check this on BOTH laptops.

Look for OneDrive icon (cloud icon) on taskbar lower right. Click on it to go to Settings >Sync and backup tab > Manage backup. Are these folders turned on? If so, turn them off on both computers.

Ideally, you each need to have your own Microsoft account on each laptop.
