Anthropic Claude deployments repeatedly fail during backend provisioning.

The issue occurs across different resources, models, and supported regions:

  • Claude Sonnet 4.6, East US 2, Global Standard
  • Claude Sonnet 4.5, Sweden Central, Global Standard

Both deployments have available quota and fail with:

ResourceOperationFailure

Inner error: InternalServerError

Please verify the Anthropic Marketplace entitlement, Anthropic organization onboarding, billing profile synchronization, and backend provider provisioning for this Azure subscription.

    Hi Hamsika,

Microsoft Q&A community members cannot manually issue an exam voucher or open a private case from this thread.

For AI Skills Fest vouchers, the voucher emails were expected to come from Pearson / MindHub Pro, so please first check inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders for emails from Pearson VUE or MindHub Pro.

Also make sure the email used for these items is the same:

    • AI Skills Fest registration

    Microsoft Learn profile

    Playlist completion / claim form

    Pearson voucher email

Receiving the Credly badge is a good sign that completion was recognized, but it may not automatically mean the voucher can be manually generated from Q&A.

Since the voucher rollout window has ended and you still have not received it, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Credentials Support / Pearson VUE support and provide the details privately:

    Microsoft Learn profile URL

    Registered email address

    Credly badge proof

    Playlist name and completion date/time

Screenshot of any error from the “Check what’s unlocked” form

    Microsoft Credentials support: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help

    Voucher redemption guidance: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/redeem-discounts

Please avoid posting your full email address or personal account details publicly in this Q&A thread.
