This is the error message that I am receiving. I have personally not changed any settings, one day we were just unable to access the email both from the app on my phone and my laptop.

    Hi Michelle

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you are unable to access your accounts. To assist you more effectively, could you please provide the following information?

    1. Are you using a Microsoft personal account (Outlook.com/Hotmail), or a work/school account provided by an organization (Microsoft 365/Exchange)?
    2. What error message do you receive when attempting to sign in? Please provide the exact wording or a screenshot if possible.
    3. When did the issue first start occurring?
    4. Have there been any recent changes to the account, such as password resets, security updates, licensing changes, or tenant configuration changes?

Please feel free to share the information in the comment below. Once I have it, I'll be better positioned to guide you through the next steps.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
