Hello,

I have a problem with sending e-mail from the academic mail. When I send the mail I see the information about the receiving e-mail's server error. Does anyone know how to solve it?

    Hi @Kinga Maria Krywult

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To better understand the issue and narrow down the cause, could you please provide a bit more information?

    1. What is the exact error message or bounce back message you receive from the recipient's mail server?
    2. Are you able to send emails successfully to other recipients, or does the issue occur with every email you send?
    3. Are you using Outlook on the web, Outlook desktop, or another email client?
    4. Is this an academic Microsoft 365 account provided by your school or university?
    5. Did this issue start recently, or has it been happening since you first started using the account?
    6. Does the problem occur only when sending to a specific domain or organization?
    7. Have you tried sending a simple test email (without attachments) to see if the result is the same?
    8. If possible, could you share a screenshot of the error message, making sure to remove any personal or sensitive information before posting?

The exact server error message is especially important, as it can help identify whether the issue is related to the sender account, recipient server, message size, authentication, or another mail routing problem.

Thank you for your time and cooperation. I appreciate your patience, and I'll be happy to assist further once you provide the additional information above.
