Displaying your screen content to others during a Teams meeting or call for collaboration
Hi @Dave Nussey,
Thank you for sharing the details of your issue.
Based on your description, this may require a deeper investigation from the backend side. The Microsoft support engineers may need to collect diagnostic logs and review the environment in more detail to determine whether the color change is related to Teams screen-capture behavior, the Windows App on macOS, Azure Virtual Desktop rendering, or another component in the display pipeline.
For that reason, I would recommend contacting your organization's IT team and asking them to open a support ticket with Microsoft. If your organization works through a Microsoft partner, you may also want to engage the partner and have them assist with opening the support case if needed.

Tips: You can switch off the Support Assistant as shown in the screenshot, then type a few short characters into the search box and select Get Help. After that, wait for the Contact Support button to appear and click it. At the final step, be sure to clearly describe your request in the description fields so the support engineers can quickly understand your issue and assist you more effectively.
Once the case is opened, a Microsoft support engineer can collect logs, perform a remote investigation if necessary, review relevant backend configurations, and run any applicable diagnostic or synchronization tools. If the issue requires more specialized analysis, they can also escalate the case to the appropriate product engineering team for further investigation.
Please kindly understand that this is a user-to-user community forum. I do not have access to Microsoft's internal diagnostic tools, backend systems, or engineering resources, and I am unable to directly investigate or resolve the issue myself. I'm simply another user here trying to help point you in the right direction based on similar scenarios.
I sincerely hope you're able to get this resolved quickly. Wishing you the very best with the investigation and a speedy resolution.
