hi Sai Deva Harsha R & thx for sharing urs issue here at Q&A portal,
This is account/billing eligibility, so nobody in the forum can really fix it. Once Azure marks the identity /payment profile as already having an Azure account, the free trial flow usually won’t let u claim the $200 credits again. Even if it was created only yesterday, the flag is backend-side. Since u already opened a support ticket, that’s the right path. Ask billing support specifically to review
whether the Pay-As-You-Go subscription can be cancelled
whether free trial eligibility can be reset
whether credits can be manually applied
Don’t post subscription IDs publicly, btw.
For AI-103 labs rn, use Microsoft Learn sandbox where available, or keep the paid subscription with strict budgets/quotas until support replies. Not ideal, but better than letting surprise Azure charges teach the course.
rgds,
Alex
