My Azure VM is running Window Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition (ServerTurbine). I want to in-place upgrade it to Windows Server 2025 and remain my settings, application etc. I have configure the registry setting AllowWindowsServer2025Upgrade and using WU/MU, but after checking for Updates the Windows Server 2025 Feature does not show up.

Hi Marcin - thank you for your response.
Via this link I found a script that checks the upgrade path and it shows that Azure Edition is not supported:
"The VM is running Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition. The supported upgrade options are: No direct upgrade path available. Consider redeploying a new VM."
It is apparently not possible to upgrade (in-place) Azure Editions.
