Request for Current ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for Azure, Dynamics 365 and Online Services

Dear Microsoft Compliance Team,

We are currently reviewing Microsoft as part of our supplier qualification process and customer compliance assessments.

While reviewing the Microsoft Service Trust Portal, we found that the available ISO 9001 certificate for Azure, Dynamics 365 and Online Services is no longer current. The certificate referenced there was valid until 29 May 2026.

We were also able to locate the ISO 9001:2015 Recertification Review Summary Report dated 31 October 2025, which indicates that the recertification review was successfully completed. However, we could not find the corresponding current ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of Registration in the Service Trust Portal.

As a supplier to customers in regulated industries, we are regularly required to provide valid supplier qualification evidence. Our customers expect an up-to-date ISO 9001 certificate from Microsoft as part of their compliance and audit requirements.

Could you please provide:

  • The current ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for Azure, Dynamics 365 and Online Services, or
  • Information on when and where the current certificate will be made available.

We would appreciate your support, as the current certificate is required for ongoing customer and supplier qualification activities.

    The renewed certificate must come from the Microsoft Service Trust Portal; Microsoft Q&A cannot issue or attach controlled compliance documents.

    Sign in with your organization's Microsoft Entra account. Open Certifications, Regulations, and Standards, select ISO/IEC, then filter for Azure, Dynamics 365, and ISO 9001. My Download History shows whether an older document was replaced or removed.

    If the certificate expiring 29 May 2026 remains the newest result, use the Feedback option at the bottom of the Service Trust Portal. Include the exact document title, expiry date, the 31 October 2025 recertification summary, and your organization name. Request the renewed certificate's publication status and expected availability.

    The recertification summary supports the completed review, but it is not a current Certificate of Registration. Ask your auditor whether the expired certificate, summary, and Microsoft's written response are acceptable as temporary evidence. The authoritative replacement should ultimately be downloaded from the Service Trust Portal.
