Using a Lower-Wattage Charger for my Surface Laptop

I have various Surface Connect chargers from previous Surface devices I’ve owned, all varying in wattage. The lowest I have is a 31 W charger, the highest being a 65 W charger. My Surface Laptop 4 has a minimum wattage requirement of 60 W for charging. Is it still OK for me to use any charger to charge my device? In other words, if I used a lower-wattage charger that recommended, will it damage my device?
