How to fix ui.refer.com issue

"Since the recent mail.com migration, every email link that directs through soniclab website fails in Microsoft Edge 149.0.4022.98 on Windows 11 with ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. The same links work normally in Google Chrome. I have already removed Norton, reset the Window network, reinstalled Edge and confirmed the issue only occurs in Edge.

This problem began immediately after the mail.com migration/merge. Chrome works normally; only Microsoft Edge fails when opening links through ui.deref.com" Thank you very much for pin pointing the issuse. I also get the same issue.

Click the Details button and then click the link saying "Only visit this unsafe site if you're sure you understand the risks."
There no need to change any setting etc.

In my case , I found that it was my router (eero). I had to allow the ui-deref.com through the security.

How do I block or allow a site?

You have two options: apply settings to your entire network, or customize them for a specific Profile.

For your entire network

1. On the eero App Home tab, tap Security & privacy to see a list of eero Plus features
2. Tap the list to open the eero Plus page
3. Tap Network controls
4. Tap Block & Allow Sites
5. Tap Add Blocked Site to add a blocked domain, or switch to Allowed, and tap Add Allowed Site to add an allowed domain
6. Type in the desired site or domain under Domain
7. Tap the Network toggle button so the domain is blocked/allowed on your entire eero network
8. Once you’re ready, tap Save

Before we proceed further, can you please help me do a few quick tests to better understand the situation?

1. May I know if the website can be reached if you use InPrivate mode?
2. Type edge://settings/privacy in the search bar and press Enter. There, please turn off "Enhance your security on the web" temporarily to see if it helps.
