Hello Microsoft Team,

We would like clarification regarding Anthropic models in Azure AI Foundry.

Claude Opus 4.8 is now generally available in Microsoft Foundry and our subscription is an Enterprise Agreement subscription. However, we observe that Anthropic models are available and usable only in some subscriptions, while other eligible EA subscriptions show 0/0 TPM quota and cannot deploy the models.

Could you please clarify:

After GA, should Claude models be automatically available to all eligible Enterprise Agreement subscriptions?

Is there an additional enablement process required at the subscription level?

Is the 0/0 TPM quota expected behavior for newly onboarded EA subscriptions?

Are there capacity, regional, or backend restrictions that limit availability to only a subset of Enterprise subscriptions?

If additional onboarding is required, what is the official process to obtain initial quota allocation?
We currently see Claude Opus 4.8 in the Foundry quota page, but both Global Standard and Data Zone deployments show 0/0 TPM, preventing deployment.

Thank you.
