Hi,

After the new update of the Microsoft Teams software product, I'm unable to let the participants of the meeting go to rooms. This option doesn't appear at all. How can I fix this problem?

    Hi prof m12

I tested this scenario using the Teams desktop version 26163.405.4842.717, and in my testing, Breakout Rooms are working as expected.

To help me better understand your situation, could you please clarify the following details?

    1. When you refer to a "room," are you referring to a Breakout Room within a Teams meeting?
    2. Which version of Microsoft Teams are you currently using?
    3. Does this behavior also occur in a newly created meeting where you are the organizer?
    4. Which type of channel is affected by this behavior: Standard, Private, or Shared?
    5. Does the same behavior occur when using Teams on the web?

If I’ve misunderstood any part of your situation, or if you have further questions or updates, please don’t hesitate to reply.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
