Teams Class is not showing on the web or client

We enabled the Microsoft Education from Blackboard Learn, but it's not showing in app and web, but available in Teams, below Admin. Below is the error: User's image

As Blackboard Learn is a third-party platform, I recommend contacting Blackboard Support directly for further investigation. Their support team will have access to the integration logs and configuration details needed to determine whether there is an issue with the Blackboard connector, authentication flow, or the integration settings between Blackboard and Microsoft Education. Hello @Reciel Battad,

Could you please review the Enterprise Application configuration for the Blackboard integration? There may be a missing setting or configuration that is causing the permission issue when users access the integrated application.

You can access the configuration from the Microsoft Entra admin center using a Global Administrator account and navigate to Enterprise Applications for further investigation.

Hi Helen, as a workaround , when i add myself as owner in Teams Admin Portal, and change the faculty owner to member or delete the faculty account, the Teams Class will show, not sure now really what is the issue. I can't do that for all courses.

Hi Helen, both Microsoft and Blackboard are still checking, the behavior is random, for some it's working, for some take time, for others not working it all, it's difficult to troubleshoot.
