Guidance Needed: Blocking AI Tools on All Devices Except a Few

Hi,

We have around 500 computers in our organization, and users are currently using various AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, etc.). We now need to block access to ChatGPT and a few other AI tools (but not all of them).

Our requirement is to block these services on all computers except for five specific devices.

I checked Microsoft Defender Indicators, and it seems to be the best way to block these URLs. However, the policy applies to all devices, and I couldn't find an option to target a specific device group.

I also looked at using an Intune Device Configuration policy, but it only works for Microsoft Edge and does not apply to other browsers.

How should I approach this requirement?
