Based on your description, you would like the displayed time to be automatically converted to the attendee's local time zone when they book an appointment.
To achieve this, please follow the steps below:
- Configure the Booking Page
Step 1: Open the Booking Page.
Step 2: Select Region and Time Zone Settings.
Step 3: Uncheck the option Always show time slots in business time zone.
- Verify and Configure the Time Zone in Outlook
Bookings relies on the Outlook time zone settings. Therefore, please ask your staff member to verify that the correct time zone is configured in Outlook.
Step 1: Go to Settings > Calendar > View.
Step 2: Under Time zone, select Pacific Time.
After completing the steps above, when users open the booking link, the appointment times will be automatically converted to their local time zone. At the same time, your staff member will continue to receive bookings within their configured working hours.
