Hi Team,

we face an issue of function app as it was running on two instances, and their CPU usage was 200% combine so the function was supposed to scaled up but it didn't.

What scaling mechanism is configured (App Service Autoscale, KEDA, or another method)?

Can you share the autoscale rule settings, including metric thresholds, min/max instance counts, and cooldown periods?

Did you observe any relevant logs or error messages during the period when scaling was expected but did not occur?
