access skype credit

On a computer, Skype Credit can be accessed in either Skype Dial Pad on the web or in Microsoft Teams Free (if there is active credit or a subscription).

To check the balance and use it from a browser:

1. Sign in to the Skype Dial Pad at calling.web.skype.com.
2. If there is an active subscription or active Skype Credit, the Dial Pad opens automatically and the balance is shown next to the profile picture.
3. If there is no active subscription or credit, a popup appears to open Skype’s My Account page, where inactive Skype Credit can be reactivated.

To check the balance from Teams Free on a computer:

1. Install or open Microsoft Teams Free and update it to the latest version.
2. Sign in with the same account used for Skype.
3. Select the profile picture.
4. Select Skype Dial Pad. If there is an active subscription or active Skype Credit, the Dial Pad is visible and the balance appears under the Skype Phone section.

If the Dial Pad is not available and there is no active paid product, Skype Credit may be inactive and needs to be reactivated from the Skype My Account page.
